A 27-year-old Kingaroy woman has been charged after police noticed she had a pocket knife in her possession.

Police pulled over a Toyota sedan in Youngman Street, Kingaroy, at 3:10am on Friday.

While talking to the woman, police allegedly observed she had a pocket knife.

She will appear in Kingaroy Magistrates Court on July 6 charged with possessing a knife without lawful excuse.

A 41-year-old Maryborough woman will appear in Kingaroy Magistrates Court on July 27 charged with possessing a dangerous drug after police stopped a Hyundai hatchback in Kingaroy Street at 11:20pm on Friday. A search of the vehicle allegedly located a small quantity of methamphetamine.

A 37-year-old Wondai man will appear in Kingaroy Magistrates Court on August 3 charged with drug-driving after police intercepted a Holden sedan on Kingaroy-Barkers Creek Rd on Friday afternoon.
