Kingaroy police are calling for witnesses to a traffic crash which occurred on Railway Terrace last Wednesday (May 27).
Officer-in-charge of Kingaroy Police, Senior Sergeant David Tierney, said witnesses saw a white Toyota Hilux turn from Knight Street into Railway Terrace, heading south.
The vehicle then swerved off on to the grass before veering backing on to the road and crashing into the rear of a parked red Commodore.
The Hilux then drove off.
The registration of the vehicle is unknown.
Investigations are continuing.

Police are investigating an attempted break-in at a residence in Kefford Street, Kingaroy, at 1:40am on Sunday.
Residents disturbed a man trying to force entry into their home through a front window.
The would-be thief was described as wearing an orange hat with a dark chest-length beard.

Drugs
- A 31-year-old Kingaroy man will appear in Kingaroy Magistrates Court on July 27 charged with possessing drugs and drug utensils after police searched a residence in Buckingham Street, Kingaroy, at 3:30pm on May 27. Police allegedly located small quantities of cannabis and amphetamine.
- A 26-year-old woman will appear in Kingaroy Magistrates Court on July 27 charged with possessing drugs and drug utensils after police searched a residence in McAuliffes Road at Booie. Police allegedly located a small quantity of cannabis and drug utensils.
- Last Friday (May 29), police had reason to speak with a 34-year-old Kingaroy man in Doonkuna Street, Kingaroy, about 3:40pm. The man was subsequently arrested in relation to a bicycle he was riding. While being arrested, he allegedly struggled with police and had to be restrained. A search at the police station allegedly located a small amount of amphetamine in his possession. The man will appear in Kingaroy Magistrates Court on July 6 charged with being in possession of property suspected of being stolen, possessing a dangerous drug and obstructing police.
- On Sunday (May 31), police spoke to 19-year-old Crawford man in Haly Street, Kingaroy, at 2:20am. While talking to the man, police allegedly saw him hide something in his pants. A search then allegedly located a bag containing a small quantity of cannabis. The man will appear in the Kingaroy Magistrates Court on August 17 charged with drug possession.
- A 24-year-old Kingaroy man will appear in Kingaroy Magistrates Court on August 17 charged with drug possession after police allegedly found him in possession of a small amount or amphetamine at 12:45am on Monday in Haly Street, Kingaroy.

Property
- Police received information from members of the public on Tuesday morning that they had confronted a man allegedly stealing property from their work vehicle in a Kingaroy Street carpark. Police attended and located a 33-year-old Murgon man. He will appear in Murgon Magistrates Court on August 4 charged with the unlawful entry of a vehicle.

Traffic
- A 42-year-old woman will appear in Kingaroy Magistrates Court on July 6 charged with driving while disqualified after police stopped her Holden sedan in Francis Street, Kingaroy, about 8:00pm on May 28. Her vehicle is also subject to a 90-day impoundment.
- At 1:50pm on May 29, police intercepted a 26-year-old Yarraman man driving a Mitsubishi ute in Albert Street, Kingaroy. The man allegedly made admissions to having smoked drugs during the day. A search of his vehicle allegedly located a small quantity of cannabis and drug utensils. He will appear in Kingaroy Magistrates Court on July 27 charged with drug driving and possessing drugs and drug utensils.
- A 19-year-old Kingaroy man will appear in Kingaroy Magistrates Court on July 20 charged with drug driving after police pulled over a Hyundai sedan on the Bunya Highway at 5:35pm on Monday. His passenger, another 19-year-old Kingaroy man, will appear in Kingaroy Magistrates Court on July 6 charged with drug possession.
- A 23-year-old Kingaroy man will appear in Kingaroy Magistrates Court on June 29 charged with drug driving after police stopped a Mazda sedan on the Bunya Highway on Monday at 6:50pm.
