UPDATE: The missing boy has been located safe and well.
Police are seeking public assistance to locate a 15-year-old boy reported missing in Kingaroy on Saturday afternoon.
The boy was last seen leaving a residence on Premier Drive about 2:30pm, but he has not been heard from since.
Police hold concerns for his welfare as he has a medical condition.
The boy is described as Aboriginal, around 165cm tall with a slim build, short black hair and brown eyes.
He was last seen wearing a black and red cap, red T-shirt with grey print, blue pants and black sports shoes.
Anyone who has seen the missing boy or knows his whereabouts is urged to contact Kingaroy police on (07) 4160-4900.
