The drivers of three vehicles were lucky to escape serious injuries in a crash on the Bunya Highway on Thursday morning.
Emergency services were called to the incident, near Tingoora, at 5:35am.
Two cars and a prime mover were involved, with the truck ending up against a tree on the edge of the highway.
A QAS spokesperson said one person was transported to Kingaroy Hospital in a stable condition with neck pain.
Traffic on the highway was reduced while emergency services attended the incident.
