South Burnett Regional Council’s “Business South Burnett” is promoting a webinar to help local businesses get through the current COVID-19 crisis.
“Rethinking Business In A Time Of Crisis – It’s Not What You Do, It’s What People Need” is interactive and will be presented by Dr Ernesto Sirolli.
Dr Sirolli specialises in sustainable economic development and is the founder of the Sirolli Institute, an international non-profit organisation that teaches community leaders how to establish and maintain projects in their communities.
In 1985, he pioneered a person-centred approach to local economic development in Esperance, Western Australia.
Business South Burnett says this unique economic development approach is based on harnessing the passion, determination, intelligence and resourcefulness of the local people.
The results in Esperance has prompted more than 250 communities around the world to adopt Dr Sirolli’s method, known as Enterprise Facilitation.
The free webinars will be held on Tuesday, April 21, at 10:30am and Thursday, April 23, at 10:30am.
