A person has been taken by ambulance to Kingaroy Hospital after a single-vehicle crash at East Nanango on Monday afternoon.
Emergency services were called to the incident on East Nanango Grindstone Road just after 4:00pm.
Paramedics treated the person at the scene before transporting them in a stable condition.
The patient was immobilised in case of spinal injuries.
