A young woman has been airlifted to hospital after she was injured in a single-vehicle crash on Crows Nest Road near Haden on Friday morning.

Emergency crews were called to the scene at 6:50am.

It’s believed the woman’s father raised the alarm, after he called her to check if she had arrived at work.

Her vehicle was found on its roof in a paddock.

QAS paramedics treated her at the scene for significant leg and neck injuries.

The Toowoomba-based LifeFlight Surat Gas Aeromedical Service helicopter was despatched to the incident at 7:30am and landed nearby.

The LifeFlight crew airlifted the woman – aged in her 20s – in a stable condition to Toowoomba Hospital.
