It’s that time of year again … when perfectly sensible people start shaving off or colouring their hair.

Of course, they are being very sensible – and brave – because they’re raising much-needed funds for the Leukaemia Foundation.

On March 6, Constable Connor Miller will be losing her locks at Kingaroy Police Station as part of this year’s World’s Greatest Shave.

Kingaroy Police are inviting the public to come along and enjoy a sausage sizzle to support Constable Miller and raise funds.

A sausage sizzle will be available for $2.50 at the front of the Kingaroy Police Station from 6:30am until 9:00am.

Constable Miller will go under the razor at 8:00am.

Donations to support Constable Miller can also be made online

Staff members Jason, Martin, Nick, Cath, Kerianne and Chaz are volunteering to be with shaved or coloured by Amiches.

There will also be raffles and more.

Donation boxes to support each volunteer are at the club.
