Six people – four men and two women – will face a variety of charges following an incident on Friday in Murgon.
The disturbance in Taylor Street East is alleged to have started over a dispute involving money.
The six will face charges including burglary, unlawful possession of a weapon and drug offences.
At one point, Graham House and local schools were put into lockdown after rumours were published online that a man armed with a firearm was walking the streets.
Officer-in-charge of Murgon Police, Senior Sergeant Steve Stewart, stressed this was never the case.
However, a crime scene was declared in the street while police investigated the disturbance.
The six have been bailed to appear in Murgon Magistrates Court on January 21.
