Emergency services were called to a single-vehicle crash on Nukku Road near Blackbutt on Monday evening.
A QAS spokesperson said paramedics were called to a rollover at 6:45pm.
Two male patients were treated at the scene for head and limb injuries and later transported in a stable condition to Kingaroy Hospital.
