Paramedics at the scene of Monday afternoon’s motorcycle crash in Kingaroy

A man has been taken to hospital with suspected spinal injuries after a motorcycle crash in Haly Street, Kingaroy, on Monday afternoon.

A three-wheel Can-Am Spyder motorbike and a Subaru sedan collided at the intersection of Arthur Street about 1:30pm.

The elderly rider was thrown from his bike on to the roadway.

Paramedics treated the injured rider at the scene before transporting him to Kingaroy Hospital in a stable condition.

A QAS spokesperson said the rider suffered suspected arm, pelvic and spinal injuries.

Police investigations are continuing.

UPDATE: The rider has been released from Kingaroy Hospital.
