A training session for people interested in becoming volunteer drivers for Graham House was held in Kingaroy on Friday.
About 25 potential volunteers learned some basic first aid and CPR at the session, as well as being updated on road rules by a representative from Queensland Transport.
Graham House Community Transport Services co-ordinator Maree Anderson said fatigue management was also covered.
The community transport service assists South Burnett residents who are “transport disadvantaged” to get to medical appointments and do regular chores in town.
It has been operating for nearly 20 years.
Anyone interested in becoming a Graham House volunteer should contact Maree on (07) 4169-5040.
