A man has died following a traffic crash on the Brisbane Valley Highway on Wednesday morning.
Police said that just after 5:00am, a motorcycle and a vehicle collided at the intersection with Wanora Road, between Blacksoil and Fernvale.
The 52-year-old male rider from Boronia Heights died at the scene.
The 43-year-old male driver of the vehicle, from Glamorgan Vale, was transported by ambulance to Ipswich Hospital in a stable condition with non-life-threatening injuries.
The highway was closed until the early afternoon with diversions in place.
The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating.
