A woman was taken to Kingaroy Hospital after a collision involving three vehicles on the D’Aguilar Highway just outside Kingaroy on Wednesday afternoon.
Emergency services were called to the incident, near the intersection with Edenvale South Road, just after 3:30pm.
A police spokesman said it appeared that two vehicles had slowed down due to congestion when a third hit them.
A woman who was a passenger in one of the vehicles was treated by ambulance paramedics at the scene for a possible shoulder injury.
She was transported to hospital in a stable condition.
The three drivers and another female passenger were not injured.
