The D’Aguilar Highway was briefly blocked on Thursday night after a single-vehicle rollover at South Nanango.
Police, QFES and ambulance paramedics were called to the incident about 5:11pm.
The crash occurred near Rocky Creek Road.
Paramedics attended to the crash patient while QFES directed traffic, which was reduced to a single lane.
One person was transported to Kingaroy Hospital in a stable condition.
