Police have scaled down the search for a 37-year-old Nanango man reported missing after the Rabbits Eat Lettuce music festival near Warwick.

Bradley Smith was reported missing on April 23 after failing to return home after the festival at Elbow Valley.

Police have co-ordinated an air and land search of the Elbow Valley area with the assistance of the SES and the Rural Fire Brigade, however so far have not located Mr Smith.

Preliminary investigations suggest he may have left the festival on foot.

Although the search has been scaled down, police are continuing to appeal for information to help find Mr Smith.

He is described as about 175cm tall with a solid build, fair complexion, blue eyes, a beard and long, dark-brown hair that is usually tied in a pony tail.

Police are appealing for anyone who may have interacted with Mr Smith at the music festival, or who may have taken pictures of him, to contact them on Police Link 13-14-44.
