A woman was transported to Kingaroy Hospital with a suspected broken arm after a collision at the corner of Kingaroy and Markwell streets, Kingaroy, on Thursday afternoon.
Emergency services were called to the incident just after 3:30pm.
The smash involved a maroon Jeep Cherokee, registered in NSW, and a red Ford Falcon sedan.
Police allege the Jeep was turning into Kingaroy Street when it failed to give way to the Falcon, which was heading east on Markwell Street.
The smash trapped the female driver of the Falcon inside her vehicle.
Police directed traffic while paramedics attended to the woman and firefighters used cutting gear to remove a door to free her.
The driver of the Jeep Cherokee received a Traffic Infringement Notice for driving without due care and attention ($522 fine).
