A woman aged in her fifties was transported to Murgon Hospital on Thursday evening after a lightning strike in Tingoora.
Emergency services were called to the scene at 5:45pm.
The woman told ambulance paramedics that lightning had struck near where she was.
She was taken to Murgon Hospital in a stable condition for observation.
