Three people will face charges after police were called to a disturbance in the SupaIGA car park in Kingaroy last Tuesday evening.
Police will allege a 34-year-old Wattle Camp woman abused a female staff member at the supermarket.
While police were speaking to this woman and a 33-year-old Wattle Camp man and a 15-year-old Wattle Camp girl, a 20-year-old Kingaroy man arrived at the scene.
A physical altercation then allegedly followed between the two men.
The 33-year-old Wattle Camp man will appear in Kingaroy Magistrates Court on March 25 charged with committing a violent public nuisance offence.
The 20-year-old Kingaroy man will appear on April 1 to face the same charge.
The 34-year-old woman will appear on March 25 charged with public nuisance.

A 33-year-old Kingaroy man will appear in Kingaroy Magistrates Court on March 25 charged with drug possession (cannabis) after police spoke to him in George Street, Kingaroy, at 11:20pm on March 7.

- March 8, 10:45am: Police were called to a business in Alford Street, Kingaroy, after reports a man had attended the store and threatened staff and customers. Police later located a 47-year-old Kingaroy man who was issued an infringement notice for committing a public nuisance offence ($391 fine).
- March 9, 11:30pm: Police were on patrol on George Street, Kingaroy, when they observed 47-year-old Wattle Camp man behaving in an aggressive manner towards another man. The Wattle Camp man was later issued with infringement notices for committing a public nuisance offence – violent ($783 fine) and obstructing police ($783 fine).
- Police were then called to a nearby hotel where a man was refusing to leave the premises after being requested by staff. A 47-year-old Brooklands man was issued an infringement notice for failing to leave licensed premises ($652 fine) and obstructing police ($783 fine).

At 5:05pm on Thursday, Kingaroy police were called to disturbance in Reservoir Street where they detained a 17-year-old Kingaroy boy in relation to other matters.
The boy allegedly became aggressive with police and started fighting. After he was placed in the rear of a police vehicle, he allegedly kicked the door, damaging the vehicle.
While this arrest was happening, a 58-year-old Kingaroy man allegedly started behaving in a violent manner towards police.
The boy will be dealt with under provisions of the Youth Justice Act.
The man will appear in Kingaroy Magistrates Court on March 25 charged with public nuisance and obstructing police.

Thieves stole a door lock and glass shelves after forcing the front door at a building site in James Street, Kingaroy, overnight on March 6-7.
Investigations are continuing.

Traffic
- March 4, 8:10pm: Police intercepted a 49-year-old Tarong man driving a Suzuki motorcycle on Youngman Street, Kingaroy. Checks revealed his licence was suspended due to high range speeding offence. He will appear in Kingaroy Magistrates Court on March 25 charged with unlicensed driving. His motorcycle was also immobilised for 90 days.
- March 5, 8:30am: Police stopped a 41-year-old Kingaroy woman driving a Holden sedan on Alford Street, Kingaroy, for a roadside drug test. She will appear in Kingaroy Magistrates Court on May 7 charged with drug driving.
- March 8, 5:30pm: Police were called to a traffic incident at Kingaroy Shoppingworld. Witnesses told police they observed a Mazda ute reverse into a parked motorcycle. The driver allegedly got out, stood the motorcycle back up and then drove off. A 54-year-old Hivesville man was later issued an infringement notice for failing to fulfil duties at a crash ($261 fine).
- March 9, 5:20pm: Police intercepted a 36-year-old Nanango man driving a Holden sedan on Victoria Street, Kingaroy, for a roadside drug test. He will appear in Kingaroy Magistrates Court on June 3 charged with drug driving.
- March 9, 10:00pm: Police pulled over a Mazda sedan on the Bunya Highway. A 19-year-old Oakey man will appear in Kingaroy Magistrates Court on April 1 charged with driving while disqualified. His vehicle was also immobilised for seven days.
- March 10, 1:25am: A 26-year-old Kingaroy man driving a Ford sedan was allegedly almost four times over the legal limit when he was breathtested in Youngman Street, Kingaroy (0.199 BAC). He will appear in Kingaroy Magistrates Court on April 10 charged with drink driving.
- March 10, 9:15am: Police intercepted a 34-year-old Toowoomba man driving a Toyota station wagon on Knight Street, Kingaroy. He will appear in Kingaroy Magistrates Court on April 1 charged with driving over the alcohol limit (0.054 BAC).
- March 10, 10.45am: Police pulled over a 28-year-old Tara man driving an unregistered Holden Commodore on Alford Street, Kingaroy. Police allege the man was unlicensed, and the vehicle was uninsured and defective. He will appear in Kingaroy Magistrates Court on March 25.

Kingaroy police responded to a variety of incidents between March 4-10 including drug, good order, traffic, and property-related offences. Police also attended six calls related to domestic violence, issued 26 infringement notices for life-endangering traffic offences and performed 84 roadside breath tests.
