A 33-year-old Murgon man and 56-year-old Kingaroy man have been fined after police were called to a disturbance in Kingaroy on Sunday evening.

Police found the two men arguing in Avoca Street about 5:15pm.

Both men were issued infringement notices for threatening behaviour ($391 each).

A 36-year-old Kingaroy woman will appear in Kingaroy Magistrates Court on March 11 charged with possessing dangerous drugs and drug utensils after police searched a house in Frangipani Drive on February 26. They allegedly located small amounts of oxycodone and cannabis.

Later that day, police searched a house in Lara Court. A 27-year-old Kingaroy man will appear in Kingaroy Magistrates Court on April 1 charged with possessing dangerous drugs (cannabis seeds) and drug utensils.

The next day, police searched a house in Jarrah Street. A 32-year-old Kingaroy man will appear in Kingaroy Magistrates Court on March 25 charged with possessing dangerous drugs and drug utensils.

On Friday, police stopped and searched a 49-year-old Kingaroy man on Glendon Street about 7:50am. He will appear in Kingaroy Magistrates Court on April 1 charged with possessing dangerous drugs.

Between February 1 and March 1, a tool was used to draw a graffiti tag on a shop window in Kingaroy Street. 

The vandal then cracked the window before running from the scene. Investigations are continuing.

A 39-year-old Kingaroy man will appear in Kingaroy Magistrates Court on April 23 charged with drug driving after police stopped a green Mitsubishi Delica in Haly Street about 10:30am on February 25. 

Later the same day, police tested a 32-year-old Kingaroy man driving a white Toyota LandCruiser on Haly Street. He will appear in Kingaroy Magistrates Court on April 1 charged with drug driving.

A 27-year-old Nanango man allegedly was driving at more than three times the legal blood alcohol limit when his white Suzuki Swift was pulled over by police on the Bunya Highway on February 26. Police will allege he recorded a BAC of 0.155. The vehicle he was driving was immobilised for seven days. He will appear in Kingaroy Magistrates Court on March 11.

Officers from Kingaroy responded to a variety of incidents between February 25 and March 3, including traffic, good order and property-related offences. They also attended 11 calls related to domestic violence incidents, issued 16 infringement notices for life-endangering traffic offences and performed 65 roadside breath tests.
