Police are examining CCTV footage following a large brawl which occurred in Haly Street, Kingaroy, in the early hours of Saturday morning.
Several fights erupted in the street outside the Commercial Hotel about 1:15am, involving up to 30 people.
Two men were taken to Kingaroy Hospital in the wake of the incident.
A 25-year-old Kingaroy man, who suffered a suspected fractured skull, was later airlifted to a Brisbane hospital for further treatment.
A 36-year-old Kingaroy man was treated for a fractured cheekbone.
A third man, a 46-year-old Hodgleigh man, also suffered a broken cheekbone.
Initially, police were told no one wanted to press charges although investigations into the incident continued.
Kingaroy Police are now working to identify everyone involved and collecting witness statements.
