Two Murgon women were taken to Kingaroy Hospital with minor injuries after a water truck and a Hyundai hatchback collided on the Bunya Highway near Kingaroy on Thursday night.
The incident occurred about 7:00pm near the Meiers Road / Taylors Road intersections.
The impact caused a fire in the engine compartment of the small blue hatchback, which was quickly extinguished by fire crews on the scene.
Police and ambulance crews also attended the incident.
Investigations are continuing.
