Two men escaped with minor injuries after their Holden Statesman sedan crashed and caught on fire on the Blackbutt Range on Thursday afternoon.
The incident occurred about 3:55pm as the duo were heading towards Blackbutt on the D’Aguilar Highway.
The driver, a 31-year-old Linville man, injured his shoulder in the incident.
His passenger, an 18-year-old man from Zillmere, suffered a head laceration.
One man was transported to Kilcoy Hospital, and the other to Nanango Hospital, both in a stable condition.
A police spokesman said the driver lost control of the vehicle about 10km north of Moore, hit an embankment and ended up in bushland.
Both men managed to get out of the vehicle before it caught on fire.
Two fire crews attended to douse the flames.
The highway was blocked for about an hour while emergency crews were on site.
Police investigations into the cause of the crash are continuing.
