A driver has been charged after an incident on Taylors Road in Kingaroy last Wednesday afternoon.
Police received a complaint about a Nissan stationwagon which allegedly overtook another vehicle when unsafe to do so, and then braked heavily.
A 37-year-old Kingaroy man will appear in Kingaroy Magistrates Court on September 3 charged with dangerous operation of a vehicle.
His vehicle was also immobilised for 90 days.

On Friday, Kingaroy police pulled over a Holden Commodore on Queen Street about 10:30pm.
A search of the vehicle allegedly located drugs and drug utensils.
A 51-year-old Kinleymore man will appear in the Kingaroy Magistrates Court on July 30 on drug charges.

At 3:20am last Wednesday, police tried to intercept a motorcycle being ridden in a suspicious manner on Albert Street, Kingaroy.
When police activated their lights and sirens the motorcycle accelerated away from them.
Police discontinued the attempted intercept and investigations are continuing.

Kingaroy police received a complaint last Thursday about an attempted break-and-enter at a shed in Ivy Street about 5:00am.
An unknown offender was captured on CCTV attempting to force locks on the shed before leaving in a vehicle.
Between Friday and Sunday, unknown persons broke into an Alford Street premises by forcing a door.
They stole audio/visual equipment, two laptops and two electronic pianos.

A 42-year-old Durong man has been charged after allegedly stealing items from a workmate’s vehicle.
Police will allege that the man took the keys to the vehicle about 10:05pm on Thursday.
He then allegedly went to the workplace car park on Kingaroy-Barkers Creek Road where he allegedly stole a mobile phone and purse.
He then returned the keys.
The man will appear in Kingaroy Magistrates Court on August 20 charged with the alleged unlawful entry of a vehicle and stealing.

Officer-in-charge of Kingaroy Police, Senior Sergeant David Tierney, said Kingaroy police responded to a variety of incidents between July 2-8, including two calls related to domestic violence; they also issued five infringement notices for life-endangering traffic offences and performed 140 roadside breath tests.
