UPDATE June 26: Good news … Jed has been located overnight, safe and sound.
Officer-in-charge of Kingaroy Police, Senior Sergeant David Tierney, said the missing boy was located about midnight by his parents in the Weens Road area near Mt Wooroolin.
They took him home and immediately contacted police.
Family members, friends and other community members as well as SES volunteers and plain-clothes and uniform police had been searching for the teenager since he was reported missing.
The police Polair helicopter was also called in at 9:40pm to conduct aerial sweeps of the rail trail, north and south of Memerambi, using FLIR thermal sensing equipment.
Senior Sergeant David Tierney said the community’s involvement in finding Jed was appreciated by police and his family.

Police are appealing for urgent public assistance to find a 13-year-old boy reported missing from Memerambi on Monday.
Jed Graham was last seen leaving a Gordonbrook Road residence at 8:20am with the intention of walking along the South Burnett Rail Trail to school.
However, the boy may have decided to miss school.
Police and the family hold serious concerns for his safety due to a medical condition.
A search is currently being conducted by police and SES volunteers.
Jed is described as Caucasian with a fair complexion, 170cm tall with a slight build, and strawberry blond hair.
He was last seen wearing a Kingaroy State High School school uniform of a shirt, dark blue tracksuit pants and black leather shoes, and carrying an aqua blue backpack.
