Nanango Police are investigating a break-in which occurred between May 10-11 in South Street, Nanango.

Property was stolen.

At 12:44am on May 7, police intercepted a vehicle on Rifle Range Road, Nanango, and conducted a roadside breath test on the driver.

Police will allege the 42-year-old male driver produced a positive result.

He was taken back to Kingaroy station for further breath analysis where he allegedly recorded a 0.147 BAC – almost three times the legal limit.

He is due to appear in the Nanango Magistrates Court on July 7.

At 1:00pm on May 8, police pulled over a vehicle on Appin Street West, Nanango, to conduct a roadside breath test and licence check.

Police will allege their investigations revealed the 29-year-old male driver had a disqualified licence and the vehicle was not registered.

The man has been charged with driving unlicensed and driving an unregistered vehicle. The vehicle was also immobilised for 90 days.

He is due to appear in Nanango Magistrates Court on May 23.
