The Sunshine Coast-based RACQ LifeFlight Rescue helicopter was called into help a young girl after she fell playing hide and seek at a property near Proston on Sunday afternoon.
A LifeFlight spokesperson said the girl suffered upper body injuries that required treatment at a major hospital.
The helicopter landed adjacent to the Proston Rally track, which was hosting its regular quarterly meeting.
The girl was airlifted to Sunshine Coast University Hospital in a stable condition.
