A rider suffered upper body injuries after coming off his motorbike at the Manar Park off-road park near Boondooma on Thursday.

The Sunshine Coast-based RACQ LifeFlight Rescue helicopter was called to the scene to assist the man.

The rider was treated at the scene by the LifeFlight critical care doctor and QAS paramedics before being flown to the Sunshine Coast University Hospital in a stable condition.
