Kumbia residents connected to the town water supply will be disconnected for a short time on Wednesday (April 11) to allow routine maintenance to be conducted on the network.
A South Burnett Regional Council spokesperson said the water supply would be isolated about 7:00am and should be reinstated about 2:00pm.
“Residents may see water flowing from valves around the town and should not be alarmed by this as it is part of a planned flushing program,” the spokesperson said.
“We apologise for any inconvenience that this work may cause, and thank you in advance for your patience.”
