Queensland Ambulance took two people to Kingaroy Hospital after a collision at Jarrah Street in Kingaroy on Monday afternoon.
Emergency services were called to the two-vehicle collision about 1:15pm.
Police investigations are continuing and no further information is available.

A 36-year-old Murgon man will appear in Dalby Magistrates Court on November 28 after an alleged incident at a hotel in Cunningham, west of Warwick, on November 4.
The man allegedly became abusive and aggressive towards staff after being refused entry due to his level of intoxication.

RACQ LifeFlight has airlifted a 19-year-old woman to Brisbane for treatment after a dirt bike accident north of Toowoomba on Saturday.
The helicopter crew treated the woman for pelvic and back injuries.
She was then flown in a stable condition to Princess Alexandra Hospital.
