Four people were injured when car rolled twice on a dirt road near Imbil on Tuesday afternoon.

An RACQ LifeFlight spokesperson said a 19-year-old women who was travelling in the back seat suffered suspected spinal injuries.

She was airlifted by the Sunshine Coast-based RACQ LifeFlight helicopter to the Sunshine Coast University Hospital in a stable condition.

The helicopter was called to the scene at 1:45pm.

The driver and two other passengers suffered minor injuries and were taken by road ambulance to Gympie Hospital.
