Planning is well under way for this year’s Kingaroy Christmas Carnival which will be held on December 14.
The carnival, which is always held on the second Thursday in December, is being organised again by a committee of volunteers headed up by Craig Lucas.
Craig confirmed on Friday that SupaIGA have come on board again as the naming rights sponsor for the event.
He presented a “thank you” certificate to store manager Trace O’Neill.
Trace said he was pleased to be able to help Craig and was honoured to be able to give back to the community by sponsoring the carnival.
This will be the fourth Christmas Carnival held since the new committee took over running the event.
Craig said he always looking for new people to get involved and join the organising committee.
