There are still a number of fires burning around the South Burnett which are causing headaches for firefighters.
2:40pm Monday – Multiple QFES crews are at a vegetation fire burning near Evans Road, Ballogie.
Firefighters are working to contain the fire, which broke out earlier on Monday afternoon.
There is no threat to property at the moment.
1:40pm Monday – Multiple fire crews are currently at a vegetation fire burning near Old Esk Road and Cameron Road at Taromeo.
This fire broke out on Saturday and firefighters are working to control the blaze.
Taromeo residents and motorists driving in the area have been warned they will be affected by a smoke haze.
This fire is also posing no threat to property at this time.
A fire burning on Memerambi-Barkers Creek Road at Wattle Camp is under control.
The fire burning in the forestry area near Wondai was reported as under control on Sunday night.
