Two men suffered minor injuries on Wednesday afternoon when a car pulling a trailer left the Wide Bay Highway near the Bauple-Woolooga Road turn-off and overturned.
The sedan ended up on its roof in long grass at the side of the highway.
Emergency services personnel were called to the scene, about 15km east of Kilkivan, just after 1:00pm.
A man aged in his 70s and another aged in his 30s were transported by ambulance to Gympie Hospital.
Traffic on the highway was reduced to one lane while police, ambulance and QFES crews were at the scene.
