Young Cherbourg sporting all-rounder Traevonnah Fisher made an impression on selectors at the Central Division Junior Rugby League selection trials held in Gladstone at the weekend.

Traevonnah was part of the Wide Bay Bulls U14 Girls team which defeated the Sunshine Coast Falcons 20-4. She scored two tries and kicked two goals.

Unfortunately, the Bulls were narrowly defeated in their game against the Central Queensland Capras, 12-10, but Traevonnah still got her name on the scoresheet with a goal.

The South West Mustangs defeated the Bulls by a larger margin, 26-10, but again Traevonnah kicked a goal and obviously did more than enough to earn a spot in the the Under 14 Girls Central Crows team.

The Crows will represent Central Division at the State Junior Carnival which will be held at Kawana between June 29-July 2.
