The Nanango Stamp Club meets at Taras Hall next to Nanango RSL in Henry Street at 10:00am on the second Saturday of every month except December.
For the past 23 years, the club has also held the Nanango Stamp Fair on the first Saturday of February at the Nanango State High School Hall in Elk Street.
This event usually features a philatelic auction, a cent auction, a bargain table and a very busy canteen, along with many philatelic displays, three professional stamp dealers and 16 to 18 stamp clubs in attendance.
The club is the South Burnett’s sole affiliated member of the Queensland Philatelic Council and promotes the hobby of stamp collecting in the region.
Anyone who is interested in stamp collecting is very welcome to come along for a fun morning out with fellow collectors.
More details about the club can be obtained by phoning Doug Brookson on (07) 4163-3013 or by emailing him.
