A male aged in his late teens was transported by ambulance to Kingaroy Hospital on Thursday morning after an incident at a business on Kingaroy-Barkers Creek Road.
A QAS spokesperson said emergency services were called to the site at 9:03am after reports a roof had collapsed.
The youth was treated for lacerations to his head and transported to hospital in a stable condition.
