Firefighters were called to a grass fire burning on properties near Cushnie Road at Cushnie on Thursday morning.
The fire, estimated to be about 20ha in size, was reported to authorities at 10:45am.
A total of 11 urban and rural units attended.
The fire was under control by 12:38pm.
Crews then began blackening out and mopping up to ensure the area was safe.
