The South Burnett Saints are in equal top spot – and undefeated – on the Darling Downs AFL ladder after four rounds of the Allied Pickford Cup.
They’re sharing the honours with Coolaroo, who are ahead on for-and-against, which makes this weekend’s away game for the Saints a vital one.
South Burnett will face the Roos on neutral ground at Warwick, and it’s sure to be a tough game.
Coolaroo’s defence has been tight with only 96 points scored against them so far this year.
The clash of the two Premiership-winning teams from 2015 – Coolaroo (Div 1) and South Burnett (Div 2) – should be a spectacle for AFL fans.
The South Burnett women’s side, fresh from their first win of the season last week (see below), will be taking on the combined Coolaroo / Warwick side.
The men’s game is due to start at 2:00pm, and the women’s at 4:15pm.
