The Division 2 Panthers lost their first game of the season at Kingaroy on Saturday

April 11, 2016

Round 3 of the South Burnett Football competition was played in Wondai and Kingaroy on Saturday.

At Wondai, Barambah were forced to forfeit the Division 1 Men’s game due to a lack of players.

Bears’ players have been doubling up for Division 2 and Division 1 games, leading to heavy losses in Division 1 – the same problem that bedevilled the team last year.

However, Barambah went home happy in the two games that were played, with 3-0 wins in both.

In Kingaroy, Nanango suffered a rare defeat in Division 2, going down to Gunners.
