People who’d like to attend the Quota Club of Kingaroy’s International Women’s Day Charity Dinner on Saturday, March 5 need to book their tickets by Friday, February 26.
The two-course dinner will be held at the South Burnett Senior Citizens Centre in Avoca Street, Kingaroy from 6:00pm.
Roxanne Innes from the Hear and Say Centre will be a special guest speaker.
All profits raised from the evening will be donated to the Centre, which assists deaf children.
The Kingaroy Quota Club holds an International Women’s Day Dinner every year, and it usually hosts 120 to 140 guests.
Men are welcome as well as women.
This year International Women’s Day falls on Tuesday, March 8 so the dinner will be a little but earlier than the day itself.
Tickets – which include a two-course dinner, guest speaker and a lot of fun – are $50 per head.
They can be booked at Office Central in Haly Street, Kingaroy or by phoning Wendy on 0427-564-916 or Alison on (07) 4162-3582.
