Charges against a man who was extradited from Tasmania were mentioned briefly in Kingaroy Magistrates Court on Monday afternoon.
The 24-year-old Kingaroy man faces charges of rape, fraud, entering a dwelling, receiving tainted property and failing to appear.
Kingaroy detectives flew to Tasmania to escort the man back to the South Burnett last week.
The charges date to 2011 and 2012.
Police Prosecutor Sgt Wayne Bushell said a brief of evidence had been prepared in relation to the rape charge before the man failed to appear.
Defence solicitor Chris Campbell said there would be no application for bail at the moment.
The rape charge was adjourned to March 14 for committal to the District Court, and the other charges were adjourned for mention.
