A 430ha farm fronting Barambah Creek at Silverleaf was sold at auction in Brisbane last Friday for $1.3 million.

“Shevale” has been owned by the Baulch family for more than 60 years.

The property, located in Beers Road, has 255ha under cultivation, including black soil flats.

The grazing area features improved pasture, three bores and stock dams.

The sale also included a modern four-bedroom brick homestead, three 50 tonne grain drying bins, two machinery sheds, a hay shed, three bores and cattle yards.

The property was marketed by Ray White Rural.
