A 19-year-old youth, who was flown to a Brisbane hospital with a suspected head injury after an incident at the Kingaroy McDonald’s Restaurant drive-thru on September 11, has been issued with an infringement notice for public nuisance.
Another 19-year-old male has also been issued with a similar notice over the same incident.
Senior Sergeant Duane Frank, from Kingaroy Police, said no formal complaint had been laid in regards to assault.
Police allege alcohol was a key factor in the incident.
The injured youth has been released from hospital.
