A section of Kumbia-Brooklands Road will be closed on Wednesday to allow a film crew to shoot scenes for an upcoming movie.

The crew are working on “Neon King”, a short film about two young men growing up in a country town.

It is being made by graduates from the Griffith Film School in Brisbane.

Co-Producer Danielle Redford said the movie was being shot in various locations around the South Burnett.

Wednesday’s shooting will include road action involving a stunt crew which is why the road will be closed.
