The Kingaroy Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s next meet’n’greet is not only a breakfast meeting, it will also incorporate a “Resilience” workshop.

Wellness coach Troy Morgan will discuss:

  • How to raise energy levels
  • Reduce sedentary time
  • Improve sleep patterns
  • Have fewer aches and pains, and
  • Increase awareness of stress signals.

The “Resilience Roadshow” is being brought to Kingaroy by the same people – the Toowoomba Hospital Foundation – who have presented the popular “It’s A Bloke Thing” nights in previous years.

This time, however, the event  is open for men and women.

The breakfast will be held from 7:00am on Tuesday, July 28, at the Kingaroy RSL Club.

Bookings are essential.

Cost is free for KCCI members or $10 for non-members.

RSVP by July 24 to KCCI secretary Paula Greenwood by email
