A motorbike rider escaped serious injuries when he lost control of his bike in heavy fog on the Bunya Highway at Memerambi this morning.
The man told police he swerved to avoid a vehicle near the King Street intersection.
His bike ended up on the grass verge outside the controversial Memerambi Estate housing development.
The QAS took the man to Kingaroy Hospital for assessment.
