A 48-year-old Linville woman was airlifted to Nambour Hospital on Thursday after being knocked over by a bull at Mt Stanley, east of Nanango.

The woman was reportedly helping to move some cattle on a property near Eastern Branch Road when she was struck by the unco-operative beast, suffering limb injuries.

The Sunshine Coast-based RACQ CareFlight helicopter landed on the property to treat and transport the woman.

She travelled in a stable condition.
