Results for the Football South Burnett Junior Competition games played at Dalby, and the Stingers representative games played at Gatton.

Teams from Barambah, Kingaroy and Nanango travelled to Dalby on Saturday (May 30) for Round 2 of the Inter-Club Challenge:

U12/13

On Sunday, South Burnett Stingers representative teams travelled to Gatton for Round 1 of the Junior Zone Championships.

South Burnett has a combined U12/13 team playing in the U13 competition and an U14/15 team playing in the U14/15 competition.

Results for Sunday were:

U13

  • South Burnett 2 – Toowoomba North 2
  • West Wanderers 6 – South Burnett 1
  • South Burnett 6 – Dalby 1

U14/15

  • South Burnett 5 – Warwick 1
  • South Burnett 3 – Toowoomba Hawks 0

Round 2 of the Zone Championships will be played on Sunday, June 21, at Warwick.

There will be no Junior games played next weekend due to the Queen’s Birthday long weekend.

As the last round of the competition has now been played at Wondai, games will start at Nanango on Saturday, June 13.
