Nanango Camera Club members are getting excited about their Portrait Workshop which will be held on Sunday (May 17).

It looks like it will be a great afternoon of expert tuition and photographic opportunities.

The popular Portrait Workshop is being held at Tipperary Park from 1:00pm.

The workshop is designed to give photographers practical tips on how to shoot portraits in all types of lighting and weather conditions using digital cameras.

Everyone with a camera is welcome.

The cost is $15 for Nanango Camera Club members and $20 for non-members.

The club are planning an exciting afternoon for keen photographers with four models – two of them locals – who will allow the photographers to practice in close to a real-life environment.

The workshop will be led by John Lomas and Paul Stevens from the Photographic Society of Queensland.

John has a wealth of knowledge, particularly in the portrait field.
